Just a quick post to tell what awesome support Tellspec provides.
I did not have time to really get into the scanner today, but Tellspec responded to the items in my last post to help me get more accurate scans, and let me know which items they are still working on.
When I get direct responses from CEO Isabel Hoffmann, and CTO Jason Coulis to answer questions, and help with issues I have run up against, it tells me the company is passionate for their product and their customers.
The minor scanning issues I experienced have simple explanations, and my pairing problem was equally simple. I will give specifics in another post. I will post more about the app and scanning as I have time to work with the scanner.
As far as support, kudos to the Tellspec team!
